我现在在工地有一定的积累，可能20万左右，打算出来做公司，目前打算用分公司的形式开始，请问我要和原公司签订何种合同或者手续？或者我应该查询何种法规亦可？相信你较忙，就简单指教一二，谢谢。

如果你选择作为其他公司的分公司从事经营活动，而该公司也愿意，可以采取承包经营该分公司的方式，需与该公司签订承包经营合同。但分公司只能在异地设立，如在同一城市，可以采取承包该公司某一经营部的方式。
